The most expensive meal in my life!!

The other day, me and my little familly, went to Nando`s to have a bite..I like this restaurant, thier food 3jeeb, and Im kinda bored from american restaurants, and lebanese food...so when nonowa suggested it, It was just perfect..so we went there.

I got me some beef and mash tators, nonowa didnt want to eat heavy so she got the salad and the side mash tators..and the kids, got kids meals of course..

It was all good..we ate, we got full..we were good an dandy..I asked for the check, I put my atm pasword for the knet, wating the receipt..still waiting..mako receipt, Elmohim..the waiter asked me to put my password again, and handed me the cancelled receipt..

Now, that`s How much I should pay..

Yup, 12.210 Kd, twelve dinars and two hundred and ten fils..put, since I never really pay attention whenever I use the knet thingy, That`s actually how much I was gonna pay for a few pieces of meat and potato and salad...

TWELVE THOUSANDS, TWO HUNDRED DINARS AND HUNDRED AND TWO FILS..WoW

It was really funny, and stupid..but hey, now I could say that I actually was gonna pay 12210 Kd for a meal, without hesitating, one day in my life =)

Its been seven great years, since we`ve been married, I always tried my best to give nonowa, something exceptional on this particular occassion..

But this year, I feel tied..our choices are so limited..she could be delivering in a matter of hours..

But if we look at it through the filled half of the cup perspective, I already gave her a gift 9 months ago, and she is giving me mine very soon..without planning for it!!

NoNoWa, you know I would take you where ever you want, but its not that much of an option now, since you already started your early stages of labour, being close to home is a must..but I promise, I will try my best today, and I will make it up next year inshallah..

I feel pregnant!!

To day, my wife called me in dawam, and told me that she was hurting, and she is having the contractions back and stronger!! When she said that..directly I felt like my stomach aching..and I needed to go to the bathroom, and I was so worried about her..I drove like crazy back home..I ran out from my car, waiting the elevator was so f#$king nerve racking, I was gonna take the steps but the elevator doors opened finally, I couldnt find the right key to open the door..and when finally I opened it, there she is...still didnt get ready, she was in a better shape than me!! so I ran to the bathroom..like a pregnant man!!

Bomb in Al-Marina!!

I just came back from Gulf Street, I was taking a spin on my bike, and I noticed that the bomb squad trucks was parked in front of Marina Mall.






When I took the U turn to go back inside the Marina Cresent, there were lots of policemen, Special Forces, and the K-9 units, walking around and checking everything.



Marina was evacuated, it was like a ghost town..never seen it like that before!!




Yep, that was how Marina looked today at 2.00 pm

Scene One- Police started searching the golden Maxima, they threw the guy in the back seat of the police car.

Scene Two- One of the policemen took the dawreyya, rushing to another car "Murano", while the other policeman drove the Maxima. He stopped next to the Murano, got out of the car, and starts looking inside the black windows of the Murano, all of the sudden; they pull out a bold giant guy, wearing a fire fighter uniform. The policeman tried to put him inside the police car, but he was resisting, the other policeman came charging to them, he slaps the fire fighter.

Scene Three- Two girls in the front seat of the Murano crying, the driver came out from her Murano, begging the police man to leave her, and let her go. One of them starts to demand her to go back and sit in her car. She begs him desperatly, and the policeman starts to cuss and swear at her..(rekby syyartich ya 5arra, ya 7aqeera!!)..she went back to her car.

Finally the police got the"firefighter" with the other guy (Maxima) into the back seat of the police car. One of the policemen head to the front right door, asking the girls for I,D`s..and they start crying loud, begging him to leave them. One of them starts to tell him with a hysterical tone: "My father will die if he knows, please I dont want anything, I will do anything..but please my father la ya3arf, wulla yemoot, wullah yemoot"..the policeman starts to threaten her, and she said: "ok, ok 5la9, a36eek a36eek, bas la ya3arf abooy wulla ymoot!!"

The policeman spotted me, watching..: 5ally law sama7t momkin t7arik.. so I said, "Ok mo meshkilla..."

Few moments later, Hussoon asked me: Baba, sorry doesn`t work with police ha?

Before all that, in a while, me and my son were in the same place, eating our breakfast, I noticed the car, it was obvious there was something wrong going on, but I just didnt give it any attention..

The girl was crying, and saying that her father will die if he knows... so why would you put your self in this situation, was it worth it!!? I really felt bad, but not about the girls or the guys, I feel bad about the familly. When they find out, will her father really die, God forbid..something wrong will happen. Akeed, ma ra7 t3ady 3ala 5eir..Allah ye3eenhom kelhom.

Lama bint tesawy halbalawy, o ten9ad..ma tefakir inna later on she will be a mother, a grandmother..sheno ra7 tetthakar about shababha..inha kanat dahya, o farra elshabab like 5watim on her fingers!!? I dont think this is something to be proud about!! Wullah fashla..

I hate "Halyoumain"!!

Because of halmas5ara!!

I mean come on, what the hell does spraying people have to do with celebrating your country's national and liberation day!!? I don't think we sprayed the Iraqis to get them out of here and free our country, or dance the Brits out from Kuwait in 1961!! I don't think that spraying people with your own "urine", or God knows what with water guns, makes anybody happy!!? I don't think, hitting Indian and Egyptian people, or any expats, without absolutely no reason, what so ever, just because he was in the wrong time and place is celebrating your national day!!

In these two days, unfortunately; lots of young guys get themselves into fights, and problems,. They get stabbed, eyes get punctured or they end up under somebody's car wheels..just because one of them stared at the other one, or their asses bumped to each other while they were dancing in the middle of the street. Sometimes without any reason, just bullying the others, or of coarse..spraying each other. It starts with a joke, and ends up in the morgue!!
In Kuwait, the whole country turns to a little night club, foam everywhere, bad guys, bad girls, drunk people, convicts "or on the way to be one", guys dancing, girls dancing, loud music, girls showing more skin, naked legs and cleavage, guys in return turn to animals..and show more, sometimes even there "penises" turns to a patriotic celebration tool,.So they start to show the people "Hey I have penis too", we know you have one dumb ass, girls know that too, what are you expecting, girls mooning you and flashing you back, well..YES it happens, unfortunately!!

All that happened and will happen, and its happening right now.."In Kuwait"

I wish I could put a flag or something on my car, and drive around celebrating, but you know what, putting the Kuwaiti flag these days, means you are mas5ara!! How??? It`s like you are saying: Hey, spray me..Im ok with it!! Come and dance like an idiot in front my car..Im ok with it!! Flirt with my family..Im ok with it!! Scare my kids..Im ok with it!! Show me your little "weewee"..Im ok with it!! Mess up my car..Im ok with it!! I have an emergency..my wife might deliver now, its not important..close the road and dance your ass off, make an idiot of your self in the middle of the street..its more important, and you know what?? Im ok with it!!

I wish Kuwait was like before in the 80`s..we used to celebrate these two days..we used to feel it, we waited for it, I don't remember anything before, similar to what`s going on now=/

When Nonowa read the title, she thought it couldnt be any better, she thought that should be my motto in life!! weird ha?

Of course, Im late like always, but this time, its for my blogs one year anniversary, birthday or whatever you like to call it..I think I started blogging on Feb the 8th 2007!!

*White pigeons flying and turding all over ugly gypsy girls dancing and mooning the crowd with flame throwers, a clown flipping between their legs then dropping dead from the scenary and smell of the gypsy girls, and fat men blowing horns with white and gray tights torn on the @ss, and little squirrels carrying me around between all this dillema of celebrating my blog, a male belly dancer and a taliban stripper in the background making out, and an air plane flying with my name on the back of it..KM in da houze*

and that makes me 2 days late..not that bad, right!!?I tried to look for a suitable pic of a cake to put with the post, I couldn`t find a better one than this, a piece of cake, with a little clock ticking on the side..you know, to not be late..it turns out that its not even a cake..its an alarm clock..so I think it will not make any good for me, I cant eat it, it cant wake me up!!

I think Im a ride addict now, I`ve been riding every single day as of last week, I leave to work with my bike, finish work and head to the stupid streets of kuwait and have a spin, then head back home to nonowa cuz I start to miss her, otherwise, I would be riding till its late at night..

Being hungry helps too ;p "J/K nonowty" LoL

Since I couldnt find the suitable cake for my blog celebration, I thought this will be a good one!! wanna piece..anybody!!?
